Welcome to Sector Trust Company Limited

The Sector group of companies is an independent, privately owned, wealth management group that currently provides three areas of expertise to its corporate and private clients. They are:

• trust and company administration services;
• financial planning and investment advisory services;
• accounting and ancillary services.

Each of these areas of expertise is available to clients, either on an exclusive basis, or collectively as part of a specialist wealth management service.

Trust and company administration

Sector Trust Company Limited is registered in Jersey as a Trust company and offers full fiduciary and administration services to companies and trusts for clients from all over the world. The company was founded in 1988 and has developed a varied and international client base through efficient, cost effective and personal attention to its clients' affairs. Sector Trust Company is an established trust company, regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission for the conduct of Trust Company business pursuant to the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.

Sector Nominees Limited, incorporated in Jersey, acts as the in-house nominee holding company.

STC Secretaries Limited, incorporated in Jersey, acts as corporate secretaries to companies under management.

Investment advice and financial planning

Sector Investment Services Limited provides independent professional financial advice to trustees, lawyers and trusted professional advisers. It offers financial planning and product knowledge in an independent, fee-based environment. The company is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission to conduct Investment Business under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.

Accountancy and ancillary services

Edwards & Co (Chartered Certified Accountants), provides accountancy, tax planning and ancillary services to corporate and private clients. Edwards & Co is a fully qualified firm of accountants, regulated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and licensed to practise in the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom.
